Abstract A landslide is a geological event involving wide range of ground motions that leads to the collapse soil slope. The stabilization these slopes done by constructing retaining walls withstand lateral pressure. These are costly as well it difficult construct they require excavation for base or bottom slab. One many new solutions slope nailing built strengthening steep driving reinforcement into soil. In this study, review origin and mechanism nailing, construction process nailed were discussed. failure pattern nails an important factor be noticed which influence stability was Numerical studies given, used determine adverse effect orientation inclination on walls. couple case discussed evaluate significance retain vertical cut.
